Order Cancellation

Before Order Confirmation

You may cancel your order at any time before it is confirmed and processed. Once you cancel, any payment made will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

After Order Confirmation

Once your order has been confirmed and is being prepared for delivery, cancellation may not be possible. However, you can contact our customer care team immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't been dispatched yet.

How to Cancel

  • Provide your order number
  • State the reason for cancellation

Due to the perishable nature of these products, we follow industry-standard practices for handling returns and refunds to ensure food safety and quality standards.

Refund Eligibility for Perishable Goods

Fresh vegetables, fruits, and other perishable items are highly time-sensitive products that begin to deteriorate once harvested. To maintain the highest quality and food safety standards, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for perishable goods once they have been delivered.

This policy is in place because:

  • Quality Assurance: We cannot guarantee the quality or safety of perishable products once they have left our care and been in your possession
  • Food Safety: Perishable goods cannot be resold or redistributed after delivery, ensuring the health and safety of all customers
  • Freshness Standards: Our commitment to delivering the freshest products means we cannot accept items that may have been exposed to varying storage conditions

Quality Issues & Replacement

If you receive products that are damaged, spoiled, or do not meet our quality standards, please contact us immediately (within 2 hours of delivery). We will:

  • Investigate the issue promptly
  • Provide a replacement for the affected items, subject to availability
  • Offer store credit or points as an alternative, at our discretion

Important: To be eligible for replacement or compensation, you must report quality issues within 2 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence if requested.

Non-Perishable Products

For non-perishable items (such as packaged goods, spices, or other shelf-stable products), our standard refund policy applies:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the returned items

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

Partial Refunds

In cases where only part of your order is eligible for refund, we will process a partial refund for the affected items only.

Special Circumstances

Delivery Issues

If your order is not delivered or is significantly delayed due to our error, we will:

  • Provide a full refund, or
  • Reschedule delivery at your convenience, or
  • Offer store credit as compensation

Wrong Items Delivered

If you receive incorrect items, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct items to be delivered and collect the incorrect items, if applicable.
